Return Policy

Returns – If you have purchased a bike and change your mind before it is shipped a 10% processing fee will apply.

If a bike has been shipped and you want a return, it must be sent back to Fat Wheel E-Bikes Australia within 14 days in the sealed original box, unused and clean. The customer pays for shipping both ways and a 20% restocking fee.
No returns on used items, unless in extreme cases of breakage or malfunction.

If your return passes our inspection, you may receive an exchange or refund.
If an item is returned, please include a copy of the original invoice and the reason for the return.

Special/custom orders – All custom orders have a 10% special order deposit fee which is non-refundable. You may order your bike in almost any colour (frame/rims), at no extra charge.
Be aware custom orders have a waiting time of at least 2 months.

Street legality – The biggest motor which can be used legally on Australian roads is 250 watts. Please check your local road rules for electric bikes as this may vary.

The customer is responsible to make sure they follow local bicycle road laws. Fat Wheel E-Bikes Australia will not be held responsible in any way for any misuse of electric bikes on Australian roads.

Upgrades to 350, 500, and 750 watt motors are available for offroad use. These may need a special order as they are not always kept in stock.
